Nancy Drew 17: Legend of the Crystal Skull" is an adventure game that allows you to solve several puzzles and investigate mysteries. You can play as Nancy and Bess Marvin and choose between two levels of difficulty. Specific tips can help get through the game's challenges and puzzles.
Starting Out
Starting out in the game can be a difficult process. Set getting to the Skeleton Man as your first goal. Go to the library to talk to Henry and the garden to speak with Renee. They will point you in the correct direction to learn more about the Skeleton Man and the game itself.
Jack in the Box
The Jack in the Box is one of many objects in the Secret Room. You must use the handle to work the box. Take down all of the notes given to you as you complete this task. Play this song at the fountain in the garden. You will then be able to acquire the fourth Glass Eye.
Bruno's Box
The "Bruno's Box" puzzle provides a challenge for players. To get inside the box, you must take down the number of characters on the page. Use this number to get "L" and go three spaces to get "E." Go 32 more to get to "B," and maintain this method to get through the puzzle.
Glass Eyes
After acquiring all of the Glass Eyes throughout the game, you have to figure out what to do with them in the cabinet. Read Bruno's book about the Glass Eyes to find the template needed to orient the eyes in the cabinet. Go to the end of the book to see the diagram. Use the diagram for the Glass Eyes, and acquire a new item to continue.
