Heathman Restaurant and Bar
Located in downtown Portland in the iconic Heathman Hotel, the Heathman Restaurant and Bar has helped put Portland on the culinary map. In 2001 chef Philippe Boulot won the prestigious James Beard Award for Best Chef of the Pacific Northwest. "Wine Spectator" magazine also gave the restaurant a Best Award of Excellence in 2008, and it was on the list of USA Today readers' favorite hotel restaurants for 2009. The menu features dishes made from fresh seasonal ingredients of the Pacific Northwest, but influenced by French cuisine and flavors. The menu changes daily to allow the restaurant to utilize fresh and local ingredients. The wine list contains more than 750 choices from all over the world, particularly wines from Oregon and France.

Since it opened in 1944, the RingSide has earned a long list of awards and honors including an Award of Excellence from the Distinguished Restaurants of North America, "Wine Spectator"'s Award of Excellence and the Golden Fork Award from Gourmet Diners Society of North America. It has been named Best Steakhouse by numerous local publications such as The Oregonian, "Portland Monthly" magazine and Willamette Week, and has also been listed on Tom Horan's Top Ten Steakhouses since 1998 and Prime Time Top 10 Steakhouses since 1999. Pok Pok
Pok Pok has earned accolades from prestigious publications all over the country including The New York Times, "Gourmet" and "Saveur." In 2007 it was named Restaurant of the Year by The Oregonian, Portland's daily newspaper. Chef and owner Andy Ricker learned to prepare authentic Thai cuisine over the course of many visits to the country. He prepares dishes with fresh, authentic Thai flavors. His signature dish is kai yang, a rotisserie game hen flavored with lemongrass, garlic, pepper and cilantro. Other menu items include marinated catfish, pork loin skewers, wild prawns and vegetables, green papaya salad and curry noodle soup. Several vegetarian options are available. Pok Pok is open for lunch and dinner, and also prepares food to go.
