Baby Elmo Room Decorations

Sesame Street Beginnings is the series of decor and furniture accents that features infant versions of classic characters such as Baby Elmo. If your child is an Elmo fan, you may want to decorate the nursery or your toddler's room to feature this character. Does this Spark an idea?

Pillows and Blankets

Purchase pillows to go in your baby's crib that feature Baby Elmo's face, or the character in a full pose. Accent the pillows with smaller red and orange pillows. For a toddler's room, buy an over-sized pillow that displays Baby Elmo and a comforter with the character's face in the middle for the bed.

Wall Accents

Purchase large red letters that spell out your child's name and can be attached to the wall. Use Baby Elmo stickers to decorate each letter, or simply use the letter of your child's first initial and hang a cutout of Baby Elmo beside or underneath it. Buy a few posters of Baby Elmo standing up or holding his bottle. Take pictures of your little ones in the same poses, and tape the images on the wall next to each other.

Additional Accessories

Place a small Baby Elmo place rug at the entrance to your little one's room. Look for a lamp where Baby Elmo is the lamp pole, or a lamp that features small replicas of the character on the lampshade. Red and orange nightstands or a red crib will make the additional accessories in the room come together.
