Hawaii is not known for its all-inclusive getaways. With so many other tropical destinations like Mexico, Fiji, and others advertising their many all-inclusive deals, Hawaii remains primarily an a la carte vacation destination. Honeymooners wanting a hassle-free trip on the Hawaiian Islands have a challenge cut out for them. However, there are a few all-inclusive or mostly-inclusive options out there to get that relaxing honeymoon experience in the Hawaiian tropics.
Kona Village Resort
The only truly all-inclusive resort in the islands, Kona Village is a luxuriously relaxing haven for honeymooners. Accommodations are traditional thatched-roof private bungalows on 82 acres on Hawaii's Big Island. Specializing in "Hawaii--unplugged," Kona Village is untouched by technology and distractions; that means no television, telephones, or air conditioning. All meals are included, along with a traditional luau, snorkeling, tennis, lei-making, stargazing, and traditional fishing lessons. For additional fees, sailing, surfing, massage, stand up paddle boarding, or scuba diving are available.
