Single life as a Christian can be a challenging experience. Sometimes, a lack of activities with other single Christians can lead people to despair about their prospects for finding that special someone. Not to worry though, there are several Christians groups in Kentucky that offer a range of activities and a diverse pool of people to meet. Finding these groups is simply a matter of knowing where to look.
Reality
Ninth & O Baptist Church Louisville Singles' Ministry sponsors the Reality Bible study on Thursday nights. The church's website says that the service begins at 7 p.m. in room 233. In addition to the Bible study, there are plenty of chances for singles to meet and mingle through service opportunities at nursing homes, youth soccer programs, local parks and inner-city organizations.

Valley View Singles' Ministry
Valley View Singles' Ministry lists three main objectives for growth their group: reading the Bible together, developing relationships, and ministering to the local church and larger community. Unlike many other singles' ministries, this group also invites married couples and older singles to take part in the activities.

Southeast Christian Church
Southeast Christian Church tries to reach its goal of "connecting single adults to Jesus and one another," in two ways: through singles groups and special events. This church has five different groups for single adults older than 30 that meet to study the Bible or other devotional materials. These groups are in charge of planning most of the social events that the church's singles community participates in. The events are usually either social outings or ministry service projects.
