OneNote is an electronic notebook that has many advantages over paper.
Using Microsoft Office OneNote 2003 SP1 or OneNote 2007 you can group and ungroup pages using the context menu. This feature is not available in previous versions nor is it available in OneNote 2010.
Group Pages
You create a group of pages whenever you add a sub-page. You can also create a group from existing pages by moving the page you want as the primary page just before the other pages in the group. Select the page tabs of the pages you want in the group by holding down either the Control key or the Shift key and clicking. Right-click and select Group Pages. In OneNote 2010, any primary page with one or more sub-pages is considered a group without performing the Group Pages function. Double-click the primary page to select the group and perform group functions.
Ungroup Pages
To unlock a group of pages, right-click the group and select Ungroup Pages.
Locking Groups
It is not possible to lock groups in any version of OneNote.
