"SpongeBob SquarePants: Battle for Bikini Bottom" is a multi-console video game based on the popular kids' cartoon "SpongeBob Squarepants." The game follows SpongeBob and his friends Sandy and Patrick as they attempt to stop Plankton from taking over their hometown of Bikini Bottom. The game's cheat codes must be entered in the "Pause" menu. The codes must be input quickly and while holding the left and right "Triggers" located on the back on the controller.

NPC Cheats
Some cheat codes affect the game's NPCs (non-playable characters). To turn all of the town's people into thieves, enter "Y," "Y," "Y," "Y," "Y," "X," "Y," "X," "Y," "Y," "X," "X." The code will make the people steal "Shiny Objects." To increase the game's difficulty by making its enemies smarter, enter "X," "X," "X," "Y," "Y," "X," "X," "X," "Y," "X," "Y," "Y," "Y," "X," "Y," Y."
Character Size Cheats
Nearly all of the characters can have their size changed via cheat codes. To make all of the townspeople small, press "Y," "Y," "Y," "Y," "Y," "X," "Y," "Y," "X," "Y," "X." Input "Y," "Y," "Y," "Y," "X," "Y," "X," "Y," "Y," "Y," "Y," "Y" to make Squidward, Patrick, Sandy and Mr. Krabs small. If you want to make the diminutive Plankton bigger, use the code "Y," "Y," "Y," "Y," "X," "Y," "X," "Y," "X," "X," "X," "X."
Miscellaneous Cheats
Spatulas and Shiny Objects are used as the game's currency. To automatically get 10 Spatulas enter "X," "Y," "Y," "X," "X," "Y," "Y," "X." To get 1,000 Shiny Objects punch in "Y," "X," "X," "Y," "Y," "X," "X," "Y." To unlock the art galleries input "Y," "X," "Y," "X," "X," "Y," "X," "Y." Unlock all of the monsters in the Monster Gallery with "X," "Y," "X," "Y," "Y," "X," "Y," "X." Enter "X," "X," "X," "Y," "X," "X," "Y," "X," "Y," "Y," "X" to play with a pantsless SpongeBob. He is still wearing underwear, and no game play is affected.
