Consider outdoor and nature activities that are free.
Just because you have a large family doesn't mean you can't vacation on a budget. Camping or discount lodging will help house your large family, while driving to your destination instead of flying will save you as well. Consider destinations that focus on the outdoors, where most activities are free. Or, if you are set on a popular tourist destination like Walt Disney World, consider discount hotels and shortening your stay.
