Nail Polish Spin-Off
You will need multiple bottles of nail polish for this game. Have the little ones sit around a table and let an adult spin a bottle of nail polish in the middle of the table. The girl that the nail polish lid points to will have to paint one of her nails that color. If you want to make it a game, the first girl that has all her nails painted will win a prize.
Toy Hunt
Place themed party favors and candy all around the house. Give each girl a party favor bag and let her hunt for prizes. Each girl can keep her prizes to take home as party favors from the party.
Pass the Princess Tiara
Have all the girls sit or stand in a circle and give one girl a princess tiara. Play music and tell the girls they must pass the tiara in the circle while the music plays. The girl that is holding the tiara when the music stops will go to the middle of the circle and be the princess for the next round. Have an extra tiara, so that the girl that wins can wear the tiara in the middle of the circle while she is the princess.
Another addition to this game would be to buy five or six tiaras and let each girl that gets to be the princess, keep her tiara.
Body Glitter Game
You will need clear aloe vera gel, fine polyester glitter, small cosmetic jars (one for each girl) and a wooden craft stick or plastic coffee straw. Let each girl make her own body glitter. Fill each container about three-quarters full with aloe vera and add some glitter. Stir the gel with a wooden craft stick or plastic coffee straw and add more glitter if needed. Give each girl a sticky label and allow her to color and design it herself. Award the girl with the best overall look a special prize. All other girls can take the body glitter home as a party favor.
