Award a prize to the first guest who can find the right accessories to completely dress her Barbie doll. Give each child a Barbie that's wearing a dress or shirt and pants. Hide accessories around the room such as jackets, pairs of shoes, sunglasses, purses and hats. Guests must find each of the fashion accessories and completely dress her doll to win the Barbie party game. If you want to make the game more challenging, ask the kids to find accessories in the same color or pattern.
Barbie Quiz
Test your guests' observational skills with a Barbie-themed "spot the differences" game. Dress pairs of Barbie dolls in the same outfits with subtle differences. For example, leave a shoe off one of the dolls, place mismatched earrings on one Barbie or dress the two dolls in different color shirts under their jackets. Provide clipboards, pencils and pieces of paper numbered one through five. Bring one pair of dolls out for each round of the Barbie game and walk slowly around the room so each guest can examine the dolls. Ask the guests to write down the one difference between the two dolls. If there is a tie, show the winners one last pair of dolls with five different elements to their outfits. The child who guesses the most differences, wins.
Pass the Tiara
Play a Barbie version of "hot potato" by asking guests to pass a sparkling tiara. Arrange the kids in a large circle so they're facing one another. Each child must place the tiara completely on her head and clap her hands three times before removing the hat and passing it to the next guest in the circle. Play a theme song from a Barbie movie. When the music stops, whoever is wearing the tiara is out of the game. Continue the activity until you find the final Barbie princess.
Barbie Relay Race

The first player from each team must run into the yard to complete an activity before returning to tag a team member to complete the next task.
