Examples Of Bridal Shower Invites

A bridal shower invitation must include several bits of information: the bride's name (and maybe the groom's name), date, time, to whom and R.S.V.P., and location. Let guests know the theme of the shower and where the bride is registered.

A Surprise

If you intend to surprise the bride with the shower, spell it out on the invitation.

It's a Surprise!

Jane Doe is getting married soon, but not before a surprise bridal shower is held!

Theme Shower

Let guests know if the shower will have a theme, such as kitchen supplies or lingerie.

Lingerie:

Before Sue Smith says I do, we are preparing her with some frilly things too!

Kitchen:

When Joe and Sue get wed, we will make sure they are properly fed!

A Honeymoon Shower

Some couples have just about everything they need, and honeymoon showers have come into vogue. Guests can bring something for the couple to take on the big trip, such as scented lotions, gift certificates for dinner or even something practical, such as a first aid kit.

When Pam and Frank go on their honeymoon, they will need to be prepared.

Bring something you think they might need!

A Recipe Collection Shower

Some brides are in need of a few good ideas, and showers can be held to collect recipes.

Is yours a casserole, a dessert or a family tradition?

We invite you to share your favorite recipe with Jen as she says I do.
